Life one XL lolli update

I ordered a refurb 2015 XL from eBay, it came with lolli. I ordered a 2nd and it came with kit kat, there should be ota to lolli coming soon correct?

Do you know if the second one is rooted?

no it is not rooted. it has kk 4.4.4 blu_x0300_v07-generic, 03-07-2015 12:00. if it is only a matter of waiting for the ota to come up thats ok or has blu pulled the update? thanks
