Light Flow LED notifications no longer working

I don't know how long it hasn't been working, I guess maybe a week or so? The app is on, I've checked everything and I can't figure out what may be causing this. Help!

The custom sound notifications are working just fine, it's just the custom LED for certain apps that are no longer working.
