Light weight/compact phone options?

I have an HTC One. Love it, not getting rid of it. But I have a work phone too. Right now it's a Win Phone and it's bulky and it's...a Windows Phone...

I realize small phones have gone the way of the dodo - and I do want something big enough to punch out the odd quick email reply on. But I'd like something relatively small and lightweight so that I can put it on my belt and forget it's there. Needs to be AT&T compatible (don't care too much if it's not sold in stores anymore as long as it's not ancient). Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

Still too big unfortunately. I just watched the comparison between that and the HTC One on Cnet and I can't see a great deal of difference. Maybe I'm out of luck on this idea. Anyone else?

Not Android but if email capabilities are crucial then why not a BB? The Curve or Bold 9900 are pretty small.
