Liive focus - set as default?

OK, second post, second question - on a roll here.

I'm just getting into the advantages of live focus. Is there any way to set it as default?

Without my reading glasses, I can take pictures OK, but changing settings is a bit of an issue, so I'd like to have this come on when I open the camera. I usually do have glasses in my pocket, but by the time I get them on, the photo I want has often gone.

I've been through the settings, and done a Google, nothing. You lot use Note 8's, so if it IS possible, someone here will know.

Unfortunately, nope, you can't set Live Focus as your default mode. The camera will always open either in Auto or Pro mode (depending on what you used last). A workaround is, since you know you will always be in Camera mode when you launch it, you can make it a habit to tap the Live Focus area first thing you do.
