Limit Background Processes

When in developer mode there is the option to 'limit background processes' currently mine is on standard limit. Does anyone know if limiting to say 4 processes would help give more battery?

It possibly could but it also means some things you expect to run (such as auto backup on photos) may get canceled out as a result.
