Limiting location to only gps

In the past I could go to settings location and then choose to limit the access to only the built-in GPS and not the wireless network location service. Now it seems like that is not an option. The only options I see now is to disallow Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but not the cell phone network.
Is there still a way to do this?
