Line of dead pixels...sometimes

I just bought this phone recently and sometimes when I start it up I will get a vertical line of purple pixels running the entire length of the screen. Other times I won't have on at all and at other times I will have 2 or 3 lines at once. Sometimes the lines are purple, other times they are yellow. Does anybody have any clue what could be causing this? Sometimes simply pulling the battery will fix the problem and I will have a perfectly conditioned screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to take it to the store to show them and get a new one. I never had that issue or seen that issue. Its crazy how you can make it go away. Good luck.

Yup, take it right back get a new one if you are under your 14 day return, if not call in get a warrenty replacement.

Tell them you wish for a new one. I did and they sent a brand new to me in 1 day.
