Ever since I got the Note 10+ Ive had an issue with website URL's that are sent to me through text message, not being clickable. I don't think it's Note 10+ related but just pertinent to the new Android version.

I think one of the issues is that the links usually have a date in them and the phone just makes the date clickable for calendar event purposes, which breaks up the url. How can I stop this?

Go to the messaging app's settings -- is there an option there to open links in the app or browser, or to turn on URL links?

I have looked at settings in both calendar and messaging. My messaging app does have a an option to display URL previews. But this doesn't help. It just displays previews inside the text. But url's that have a date in them (or a word like 'today') arent'; recognized as URL's anyways and no proview.

Go to phone settings>apps>3 dots upper right corner tap> scroll to app preference and reset it..

Can we go back a few steps and clarify something -- are you able to confirm that this is only a problem for links that have some kind of date or day of the week word in them?

Correction, it worked only once. I'll continue to check.

Hello, i have just encountered the same problem in my XIAOMI NOTE 10, and solved it be removing the updates for the Message app.
