Liquidsmooth Rom Updating

Have had my S3 LTE rooted for a long time, but still used Samsungs "stock" android, but ever since i installed the 4.3 update everything went to hell, battery time sucked and my phone started stalling, so i switched to liquidsmooth wich so far have been amazing, battery lasting much longer and my phone runs smooth. Have one question tho, since im running the nightly builds, how do i update the rom, do i just installed it or do i have to clear cache and wipe the phone every time?
