Little ''H'' on the top bar

Hello, i have that little ''H'' up besides the wifi icon, and is stay there when mobile data is on or off,And I want to dissapear but i don`t know how.Please help me

This is normal. As long as it stays greyed out it will use the wifi signal. It will only use H (HSPA) when an MMS message (picture/video) is used via text message.

Unfortunately with some carriers this won't happen. You can see if you have a Caller ID app (and disable it) as sometimes that causes it to stay but some have reported this still doesn't get rid of it.

that sign could mean that you are not on the phone's home network.
like if the phone was on orange and you are using it on vodafone

I think is from mobile data because when i activated this became grey witchout that lie

Check if 'download booster' is enabled by searching the settings.
