Thanks, it would be nice if it came out sooner, however, Sprint appears to be pushing its Premier customers to this phone, and all those who bought the Pre won't be eligiable for the upgrade till June. Can't wait to get it.....

Yeah, Dan should pull a Steve Jobs and after Prince of Persia ends and as he's wrapping things up he just says, "oh, and there's one more thing...the Evo is now available for sale and you can pick yours up as soon as stores open in the morning."

As awesome as that would be, I'm guessing they will do some mainstream advertising for a week or two before they release it. However, I am hoping for pre-sale availability that night or the next day after the NYC event, and release Memorial Day weekend or sooner.

that article reads like it's "old". The software should surely be done by now.
Same with the camera flash function.

Ha....it is kinda old, I just saw the date of the Article... April 4.

But I'd hope that they really do have the software wrapped up by now!
