Live streaming always bad quality video - how can I fix?

Hi,

I have an S9.

My wifi is stable and 100+ mbps. I also tested on a similar wifi.

On both the YouTube and Facebook apps, I cannot get a good video quality to stream.

I have all the settings at 1080, yet it still only streams at 360.

Everything is updated!

I also have an iPhone X. Same wifi. Same apps. No problem!

How can I fix?
