Re: live wallpaper picker crash

Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.

Re: live wallpaper picker crash

i just rebooted in safe mode and it works thank you so much , just one more question , if i restore to factory settings will it solve the problem?

The fact that it works in Safe Mode indicates that some 3rd party app you installed is causing the instability. The first thing to try is to reboot into normal mode, and see if the problem persists--sometimes the simple act of rebooting the phone will clear out the problem that the other app was causing. But if the problem persists, then you should start uninstalling apps one by one until the problem goes away.

A factory reset would solve it, but it might come back if you reinstall the culprit app.

Great! It's not that uncommon to see issues with these 3rd party flashlight apps. Sometimes it's a glitch due to poor coding, and other times it's adware or even malware (since malware thugs know how popular flashlight apps are).

Many phones have a flashlight toggle in the Quick Settings menu when you swipe down with two fingers. If your phoen doesn't, then I usually recommend Power Toggles, which is free, very reliable, and very powerful.
