Ok idk I didn't try live wall papers when I had it installed for 3 hours I just didn't like that interation of sense but try downloading a new free live wall paper and see if there's an update for your live wall papers other wise I'm not sure I don't use them you know their a huge battery drain rite??

The update also included 2 new live wallpapers and also they don't work and yes I know they eat up your battery.

I've been using live wallpaper for over a year and have had great battery life, but with this new update, I've lost the live wallpaper. It no longer works. I hope someone knows a work around for this, because I really do enjoy having the live wallpaper. The other thing I've noticed is that no matter what wallpaper I use, it is blurry. Before the update, I had a very crisp colorful screen, now everything on it is dim and blurry.

Well, I fixed the screen resolution problem, totally by accident. The update installed a task manager which apparently is set by default to load upon boot. The second I unchecked that option, my phone reset itself and my screen was back to the way it had been prior to the update. Even my original wallpaper was restored (it had been changed during the update for some reason). The home screens don't slide like they used to, but that's okay. I can live with it since I can now see my beautiful wallpaper clearly again.

That didn't help the live wallpapers work for a couple of minutes then as soon I navigate around and come back to the main screen the wallpaper is frozen again.

ok this is a pickle sometimes you have older over lapping code with otas meaning they fudged it up a little bit this is due to user settings and basically just you customising your phone what people dont realise is that when htc att do these updates they do it with a fresh build and factory reset now dont have a heart attack just back up what you can phone numbers text down load an app from the play store sync your numbers with google settings/accounts sync/ and sync your numbers with google go to the play store download a text recovery app write down every app you dont hav on your sd card and once everythings backed up do a factory reset it will erase everything not on the sd card and bring the update to full ota out of the box and it should resolve alot of the issues so if your not cool with thatdont do it but if you have power saving mode on turn it off as it sees live wall papers as a threat but if your not comterable dont do a factory reset

So everything I move to the SD card will not be erase and when it turns back on will it be on the new update?

Go sms pro will back up your texts. Google will take care of contacts, passwords, etc. Titanium backup will back up all your apps and app data. Since you're updating your phone, I would suggest not restoring any system data though, just app data. Your sd card shouldn't be touched, but it's suggested you back it up just in case as it's always a possibility... A slim one but still a possibility nonetheless

I left it like that for non rooted users so titanium wont do plus ota you loose root unless yoymur running the hacked version ...but yea sms pri will leave a copy of it on the sd card and redownload the app and retrieve your sms

Does ota root keeper work with that phone? That's another option
