Locate/Make Tablet Scream

Is there a way of being able to find my tablet and make it scream using android device manager or bit defender anti theft when a restricted user is active? The main device account is mine and the restricted account is based on my account.

It's the multiple accounts that seem to be the problem. It works when my account is active but not another account.

Sounds like it's time to try different apps to see if they handle the multiple accounts configuration better, or email the developers of the app that you prefer and describe your problem.
