location defaults to high accuracy mode

Hi all, just got a nexus 5. I switched the location settings to battery saver but if I turn off location it defaults back to high accuracy mode when I turn it back on which drains my battery quickly. Any way I can permanently fix this? Thanks

That's normal behavior. I've looked for a solution before, but I think you just have to remember to go back to Location settings each time you turn it back on, and make sure you set it back to Battery Saving.

Yup like b diddy said once you toggle it off and on again it resets to the default setting of high accuracy.
