Location Determining Issue

Finally had enough of apple's control and restrictions and made the jump to the Android world. Proud owner of an S7 Edge as of yesterday.

Just trying to get this thing set up and am experiencing a few issues. First one is with the location services. I've tried installing the "Storm" weather app (a sister app to WeatherUnderground and it will not find my location. Same issue with Intellicast. I have a couple other apps that use location such as a Geocaching app as well as the WeatherUnderground app itself, and they seem to work fine.

I'f looked online at the basic setup guides and my location/gps settings seem to be correct.

Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! What is your Location set to? High Accuracy? Battery Saving?

Also, go to the App Manager, select the app, and tap Permissions. Make sure it has permission to use your location.
