Not sure what you mean by "it will not stay on". Are you having problems with location for specific apps?

You may have some cleaner /battery saver app that's turning the function off perhaps?

Im not very tech savvy so im sorry for being unclear, but my weather app, for example, needs to know my location, and some other apps as well, and i constantly have to go into my settings where there is a button that turns the phone's 'location' on. Maybe I'm just not understanding the way the locator works in conjunction with the apps. Just wondering.
