Location Settings... Which saves more battery?

I wish there was a setting so you could do the most power efficient setting for things like Weather where an exact location isn't needed and you could only use the GPS when exact location is needed like for Navigation. Anybody know of a way of doing this?

I have this on my phone. I use Tasker (net.dinglisch.android.taskerm) and an app called, Secure Settings (com.intangibleobject.securesettings.plugin).

By default I have Location set to 'Battery Saving Mode' and when I start an app that I've designated as requiring GPS, it changes the value to 'High Accuracy'. When the app exits, Tasker switches it back.
