Lock screen and default full screen?

Hi all,
I've been messing around with Dash Clock and I'd like to (before unlocking my phone) be able to see all my information.
I'm aware you can swipe down on the lock-screen and the widget will expand but is there a way to have it expanded as default and then hit the padlock to unlock it if I choose?

That's a good question--I've wondered that myself!
