Lock screen app permissions problem

Hi
I have the S10, just come across from iPhone so I am trying to work my way through some settings.

I find the phone and Google voice assistant great but I am struggling with a few things.

1. Slow response to certain voice commands.
The main voice commands I am asking is asking to play YouTube music, spotify, YouTube,audible and castbox.

Google accepts my voice commands for all these apps. But acting on them is slow. This happens whether I'm on wifi or 4g all very fast speeds.

Audible just doesn't play

YouTube music take up to a minute to play (finds song but it doesn't press play on it for a long time)

Castbox instantly plays and then pauses itself and takes 30 seconds to continue.

So quite inconsistent.

Any tips or settings to change?

2. Anyway to change lock screen voice command permissions. There are so many things I would like to use this for from the lock screen but it asks for the passcode for everything.

For example directions in Google maps whilst driving.

3. Everytime I get a notification like an SMS or WhatsApp the media I am listening to completely pauses and then plays again for every notification.

Without do not disturb or silent mode is there a way to stop this?
