Lock Screen + Camera Widgets

I've seen in some videos you can have a camera widget when the phone is locked. Currently I have the pattern lock screen but I dont see the camera widgets. When I go into my settings it shows the camera widget as on (unable to swipe it off). Is there a feature I need to tweak?

Maybe you need to shut off the pattern lock and you might be able to swipe over to the camera widget.

It does not work with pattern lock or any of the other lock except the Swipe.
