I assume you mean normal horizontal clock? My clock shows up horizontally on the Lock Screen, and it's only when I have notifications turned ON on the lock screen. If I disable it, then my clock on the Lock Screen shows up stacked.

Edit: However, when I clear out all the notifications from my Lock Screen, the clock reverts back to stacked. I get tons of notifications from emails, text messages, YouTube, Twitter, and other social media apps that I almost never see the clock stacked.

I had really hoped they would give that option when I came from my S8+, but there it is again a stupid looking stacked clock.
