Lock screen doesn't come on when fully charged

I guess it could have been after a update but I've noticed the lock screen doesn't come on anymore after the battery is fully charged. I liked that because the phone is on the other side of my living room when it's being charged so when that screen flashed on I knew it was ready to be unplugged.

I've looked all over settings to try and see if there is someplace to turn it back on but I can't find it.
