Lock screen problem

I have the settings set to lock immediately after pressing the power button and when I wake the phone up with the home screen or power screen, the lock symbol at the bottom is unlocked more than locked. This means I can just swipe to unlock. I have fingerprint AND pin security on. I've been through all the settings and I'm confused how this happens.

This was the problem. Motto 360 v2 (sexiest smart watch around) was triggering the unlock. Thanks!

If your smart lock is enabeled and if you are in a trusted place or you are close to a trusted device (for my problem it was my fitbit charge HR) your phone security turns directly to "swipe to unlock". Disabling smart lock or deleting devices from trusted device solved my problem. Hope it will solve yours too.
