Lock Screen Question

On my Note 4, I was able to set it so that I didn't have to unlock the screen for 30 minutes after it turned off, just power back on and be on the home screen. After 30 minutes, you'd need to unlock again. I can't seem to find where to set that on the Edge. Does anyone know? Is it not available on the Edge?

Settings > Device > Lock Screen > Secured lock time
