Lock screen stuck on hot air balloon after Lollipop update

Anyone else seeing this after the Lollipop update? I can go into wallpaper settings two ways: either through the pulldown "gear" settings icon, My Device, Display, Wallpaper -- or from the home screen, menu button, Wallpapers. I can set the "Home screen" wallpaper to something else, and it works fine. But if I choose "Lock screen" or "Home and lock screen" and pick a wallpaper (and click SET AS WALLPAPER), the lock screen wallpaper doesn't change. It just stays at the hot air balloon.

Any way to force it to refresh?

Hm. Well, change-reboot-change-reboot seems to have worked. Still isn't showing owner info, but whatever.
