Lock screen timeout

[AC Question]

Pop up message only appears 1.5 second. How can I extend it on the Note 5?
(now this is from the lock screen, not talking about 15 second - 10 min screen timeout)

Hi, welcome to the forums! Do you have any battery saver option enabled? If so, disable it temporarily and see if it makes a difference.
