lock screen

I have the lollipop 5.0 on my Samsung galaxy s4.

Is there a way to take off the notifications on the lock screen?

Pull down from the top of the screen, tap the "settings" icon, select "my device", then "sounds and notifications", scroll down and tap "while locked", and select "do not show notifications". That should do it.
