lock screen

I picked up the S7 today. a couple of things on the S6 I could disable the lock screen so when the phone was unlock it went to the apps . cant find it on the S7.
moving apps how I just remove it from the screen I don't want it on and then try and drag the one I want it don't always happen
am I doing it wrong.
