So the reason i use Intelligent Scan to unlock my phone is because. When the phone is locked(just normal screen lock, not secure lock) and i receive a call, and when call is done the screen stays unlocked.But with any Secure Lock activated, screen stays locked.

Is there a way or setting which can make the screen locked without using Intelligent Scan?

yes. you can use pin, password, fingerprint.
