Locked bootloader

With all the fuss about over Verizon and the lock bootlloader does the AT&T version have it also?

No Verizon is the only one with a locked bootloader. AT&T t-mobile sprint and the international versions all have unlocked bootloaders.

Then why is there only a few roms for this phone. I would think it would be a popular phone for this. I understand that its still new but still.
