Locked out of my brand new $500 Samsung 6 Edge/ Verizon phone for 72 hours! How can I get back in?

Locked out of my brand new $500 Samsung 6 Edge/ Verizon phone for 72 hours ! ! ! !

Spent all day yesterday setting it up. Today the phone would not recognize my fingerprint or accept my password. Neither would Google. I spent nearly 3 hours on my landline with Verizon and Samsung ... apparently it is an ANDROID defect with their operating system. I googled it ... sure enough, 99,000 hits in 90 seconds, people who ALL have experienced this same problem. So ..... the result is GET AN iPHONE. I am packing up this new beautiful Samsung and sending it back. So Samsung loses. Why would they want this new operating system if it doesn't work correctly? Why put this stupid fingerprint security on it if it doesn't work right? So now iPhone has a new customer ... and they probably got a lot of them because of this. There are other ways of adding a layer of security without this 72 hour lockout. Good-bye Android. Hello iPhone
