Locked out of my S6 Edge, how can I get back in?

[AC Question]

Locked out of my S6 edge.

I have my security set as my finger print. My daughter got a hold of my phone and ran her finger print one to many times. I don't remember my back up password and its telling me that my google account is invalid. I don't want to loose all my info if I don't have to. What should I do?

I don't know that there's anything you can do, I'm afraid.

Take your phone to Best buy. They have a Samsung staff that will assist you. They are very helpful!
