I changed the lock on my htc droid DNA and I forgot it, but before it locked, I turned off WiFi and mobile data to save battery, so it can't connect to the internet and unlock with a google account. also I had truned off android debugging, so I don't think I can go through the command prompt on a pc. is there any way I can unlock it?

If no Google account is configured/enabled, or the PIN/Password unlock options are used, the device will require a hardware reset.

Hard reset is the only way to go.
