Question Locked S20FE

S20FE locked. This is a company phone that was factory reset and no matter what password or Google account I put in; it will not let me in. I tried the password first when that didn't work, I put in the company email and password I use for employees. Nothing has worked. I know there are people who can get into phones when this happens so I would love to know what they know. I would hate to throw this phone out since it was expensive and hardly used. Any advice is appreciated.
