Locked Screen Message

Until recently, I have been using a Note2. On that device, I was able to enter & display a message that appeared on the locked screen. When the device was powered on, and locked, it displayed a message (REWARD IF FOUND and a phone number).

Can this be done on a Note4 and, if so, how would I go about it?

Its been long time since I used the note 4 lol, but check in settings under lock screen.

See in my screen shot on my Note 20U its in that setting and been that way as far as I could remember on Samsung, like I mentioned its been awhile so can't say for sure where its on the Note 4

In my Note4, in Settings, Lock Screen, there is a section entitled Screen Security, there is Screen Lock. And there is also a section entitled Secured With Password. And that´s it. I´ll take it that this option is not available in the Note4.
