I have an Android 10 phone which was unlocked. That's all, simply unlocked and no changes were made to the OS in any way.
How simple a process is it to re-lock it and can you refer me to a website with instructions please?

(OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren, Build #10.0.39.HD61CB, Model HD1925)

You talking about bootloader unlock? Who unlocked it ? Should be able do with abd commands to lock it back

Not the Sim, the phone, I unlocked it, honestly not knowing what I was doing, I simply followed a guide on line, all a foreign language to me, anyway. Is there a guide on line. The one I found assumed the is had be modified and they got into install stock is, but it is still stock.

Hi, bootloader not sim unlock, it's so you can flash other Rom...is this what you did ?

I didn't modify in any way, I just unlocked phone, that's all
I understand that , what I'm trying figure out is , did you unlock the bootloader ? What was it you unlocked ? You have link to the guides you used ?

I think we need more info to understand your issue. Where did you buy the phone? Was it from your carrier under a plan or from other place? Why did you unlock it? What guide did you use for that process?

There are different unlocking processes and we need to be sure which one you used.

Here is attached picture of start up screen

You should be able go into fastboot ,in command window type oem lock bootloader with phone connected to computer

To see if unlock would allow the phone to run off Mint Mobile rather than T-Mobile. I paid cash for phone and ran it on tmo until they said I had permission to unlock boot loader. So, that's reason why I unlocked boot loader, apparently the phone will never be allowed to run anything but tmo. Phone calls go straight forward vm with no notification. I'm simply relocating and going back to tmo prepaid, I've been working on this for 3 months, worked with tmo, oneplus and mint customer service to no avail, it would have been best if tmo would simply state it was stuck to tmo, would have saved me hours of going back and forth

Bootloader unlock has nothing to do with sim unlock, you need a sim unlock to use on other carriers

They are two different processes. You can get an unlock code from T-Mobile to use your phone on different networks. Requirements are usually a complete payment and using their network for some minimum time. After that you enter the code in the carrier app, follow instructions and done.

Unlocking the bootloader is completely different. With branded models, like yours, is usually used to flash the international ROM over the T-Mobile one. There are many reasons why people do this and it's quite straightforward in OnePlus devices. The catch is that the 7T 5G McLaren is a US (T-Mobile) exclusive model and the international ROM doesn't exist. You are stuck with the stock ROM that comes with the phone, well, or custom ROMs that will need a lot of experience and come with risks and problems.

I think you need to lock the bootloader back (it will imply a full wipe again) and go one more time through the much easier process of network unlocking.

It didn't give a prompt in the device?

I forgot to add, everything worked through the procedure, except the last, where a window was supposed to pop up on phone screen where you were to select Lock.
