Locking bootloader

Okay so far A little bit more than a year I've had my bootloader unlocked rooted of course. But I have to fix certain things in my phone, and Android pay has never worked obviously. It isn't as simple as hard wiping my phone clear all the data off of it to get back to stock Factory or is there something else that I have to do?thanks.

I would flash back to stock using Wugfresh's nexus toolkit.
