Why can I not lock the screen during voicemail playback? I can't count the number of times I've had to replay a voicemail because playback has been interrupted by another app launching or because my face has pressed a key.
I attempted to get Samsung assistance with this, but from the steps they wanted me to perform, it was clear they didn't have an understanding of the problem.
When I got the S8, I noticed this. It's unfortunate to see this carry over to the latest Samsung phone.
I would think a software update could implement this feature.
