Locking up and won't shut off

I am having an issue with the phone locking up after being used for many different tasks. I can be on Facebook then check an email then play Words by post then text message. At this point my phone doesn't wanna open anymore programs, it will just freeze up. I can't turn it off with out pulling the battery. I checked my memory usage after a bit of use and it seems I only have about 30mb available. Is there any way to raise that?

No sir. This phone is very bad for that. I hate that it does that but even the custom rooms do that because of the tiny amount of ram
