Locking up when charging?

Frequently, after plugging in my phone to charge and using it while it charges, it locks up when I unplug it. Has anyone else had this happen? Any fixes or suggestions?

It happens when I use a media player to listen to music, when using Audible, and once even after using the telephone.

Basically, It acts 100% normal while charging. The I unplug it from the USB or wall chargers and the screen goes black and I have to pop out the battery before I can get it to reboot.

If you unplug this when its at a full 100% charge it will sometimes freeze for a second. 4-5 seconds later it should be fine. I have seen this sense I have had the phone. Mainly in the mornings from letting it charge all night. So to me its become a norm. And it doesn't do it all the time. About 1 time a week it will do it to me. You could try a hard reset. Just to be sue its not a software issue. It hasn't annoyed me enough to try a hard reset. Maybe others can chime in. I'm sure others have seen it.

I've had similar experiences. Where I'll pull it off the charger and it's locked up for ~5 seconds. I think pressing the power button usually wakes it up for me. Never had to do a battery pull for this kind of issue though.
