Lockscreen app with security AND apps?

I use Windows 8 launcher.
I really want a lockscreen that I can put apps on AND it be secured with a PIN or some other method. Apps like camera, calculator, battery. Nothing public.
I've tried THIS app, and it looks great. But, for instance, the camera app won't launch from the lock screen if it's locked. This maybe a problem with my S4. The app gets good reviews.
Are there any lockscreen apps that allow you to have FUNCTIONING apps (like camera) on your lockscreen AND have it secured with a PIN at the same time. That work with the S4?

I am wanting the same thing, the only difference, all I want is the camera, nothing more.I have tried a few lockers, and none work the way I would like them to. I would like tom use the default locker with something. Any suggestions welcome.
