Lockscreen Update

Just had to restart my phone to finish a lockscreen update. Anyone know what that's about or if anything change? I saw that the HTC lockscreen is available in the play store now, but don't think that has anything to do with it.

I updated my screen this morning...but when it restarted the phone my lock screen came up but the touch screen doesn't work. Volume buttons are responsive but the power button is not (unless im holding it down and the volume up button to restart the phone..which i have done a few times.) Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
