Lockscreen wallpaper

is it just me, or does the background on the lockscreen not changing from stock picture....i have a live wallpaper set already but its still on the first picture from when we first booted the phone.

you can set both the lock screen and the homescreen wallpaper separately. They can be the same or different.

I wonder if heat messes up the touchscreen, i've been using it all day so its hot, and also charging now, starting to lag already while unlocking the screen (even skipping) and swyping around
