I ran into a problem when I started primarily using my phone with Chromecast. I use PIN lock and have a Trusted Device connected. The lockscreen has a media widget that lets you quickly control media playback. With a trusted devices connected - in my case it's a Pebble - I don't get the lock screen widgets.
What I've been trying to find is a solution in which a connected trusted devices disables locking, but still requires the completely insecure "Slide unlock".
Does anyone know how I could pull that off with Tasker or some other app? Having nearly instant access to playback controls would be fantastic, but entering a PIN over and over just isn't worth it.
