Lockup/Vibrate issue

Like thousands of others, my phone locks up multiple times each day. It is a refurb, as my original had to be replaced due to damage. It appears the only "solution" is to have it replaced. My question is, with what? My first one never did this once. This one does it 2 to 4x a day, every day, no lie. What batch should I look for? How do I know the next one won't be the same?

You can try and use odin to wipe it clean. See if that helps.

Procedure #1 will wipe your phone completely (sdcard remains untouched) and put stock EC05 back on your phone.
