I had $158 in credits on my plan and now I still owe them $25 dollars lol ? I should be paying around $150 not $180 something they are charging.

I figured out it was the phone EIP I was paying for. Guess I'll wait to pay the bill till the 15th since that's when it is due

Yeah it's the EIP. They take the monthly allotment out at the start of the cycle. So even if you pay a phone off fully you may owe one last payment of the cycle already started since they took that payment out of total.

Also looking at my bill I have no clue where I am paying $50 before it generated I thought perhaps a restocking fee but there isn't any.

Only think I can think of is double charging me the down payment ....seriously .

Well they won't give me a credit and now have to wait 72 more hours lmao for this to be dealt with . I have waited 720 hours and now won't give me a bill credit . And now I have to pay for another months bill because of this . I'm paying over $200 for 2 phone bills seriously and it's for 1 person .
