Lollipop 5.1: No more email/text details?

So after the update to 5.1 I no longer get email titles or basic text detail on active display. It just tells me "1 Email for xyz account" or "1 text message". This is extremely stupid and defeats the purpose of active display. If I'm not wearing my watch, I'm screwed out of details.

I can't find a setting anywhere to change this. Any ideas?

Settings>Sound & Notification>Notification>When Device is Locked>Show all Notification Content

Sigh, man I'm dumb. I don't know how the heck I missed that. Thanks a million and a half! I was slightly losing my mind!

Hah, I only know this because the same thing happened to me. After downloading Lollipop I went through everything and thought: "Well, everything looks great...hey, wait a minute! What happened to my notifications?" It took awhile before I finally stumbled on the answer.
