Lolipop 5.1 Updates Known Issues

I have avoided all updates since Lolipop was rolled out I would like this thread to contain all known issues and fixes.
I have searched and read but having these in one thread would be helpful.
Also feed back on the latest update 23.11.39 would interesting...learning of potential new issues or fixes to previous 23.11.38

It makes my Note 4 freeze constantly for no reason. The phone locks itself while I'm still using it, music stops playing for no reason. Power button doesn't work. Whatever you do, don't install it
